Ingredients

  • 2 c. pure cane sugar
  • 1/3 c. cocoa
  • 1/2 c. milk
  • 1 tsp. butter flavoring
  • 1 tsp. orange extract
  • 1 tsp. chocolate extract
  • 1 stick oleo
  • 1/2 c. peanut butter
  • 1 c. chopped pecans
  • 3 c. instant oats

Instructions

  1. Measure peanut butter, pecans, and oats and set aside.
  2. Mix sugar, cocoa, milk, butter flavoring, orange extract, chocolate extract, and oleo in a large heavy pan.
  3. Bring to a boil and boil for 2 minutes, stirring constantly.
  4. Turn off heat but leave the pan on the burner.
  5. Quickly add peanut butter and pecans; mix together.
  6. Quickly add oats and mix until well combined.
