Ingredients

  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 can cream of celery soup
  • 1 cup cooked rice
  • 2 cups cooked chicken, chopped
  • 1 cup sliced mushroom
  • 1 green pepper, chopped
  • 1 cup chicken broth

Instructions

  1. Cook rice according to package directions.
  2. Combine cooked rice, cooked chicken, cream of mushroom soup, cream of celery soup, mushroom, green pepper, and chicken broth in a 2 1/2-quart casserole dish.
  3. Cover with foil or a lid.
