Ingredients

  • 1 pkg. lemon Jell-O
  • 1 c. boiling water
  • 3 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 can Milnot, whipped
  • 1/2 lb. graham crackers

Instructions

  1. Stir together the lemon Jell-O, boiling water, and lemon juice; then cool.
  2. Cream the cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
  3. Mix the cream cheese mixture with the cooled Jell-O mixture.
  4. Fold in the whipped Milnot.
  5. Pour the mixture into a crust made from graham cracker crumbs and melted butter.
  6. Chill until set before serving.
