Ingredients

  • 1 3/4 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/3 cup butter, melted
  • 1 1/4 cups sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 16 oz. Ricotta cheese
  • 24 oz. cream cheese
  • 16 oz. dairy sour cream
  • 1 1/2 cups sugar
  • 6 eggs
  • 3 tablespoons all-purpose flour
  • 3 tablespoons cornstarch
  • juice of 1/2 lemon
  • 1/2 cup melted butter

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and 1/3 cup melted butter; blend well.
  2. Add cinnamon, pecans, and 1 1/4 cups sugar to the mixture and blend again.
  3. Press the mixture onto the bottom and sides of a buttered spring-form pan to form the crust.
  4. Set aside the crust.
