Ginny'S Cheesecake

Ingredients
- 1 3/4 cups graham cracker crumbs ⓘ
- 1/3 cup butter, melted ⓘ
- 1 1/4 cups sugar ⓘ
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 16 oz. Ricotta cheese ⓘ
- 24 oz. cream cheese ⓘ
- 16 oz. dairy sour cream ⓘ
- 1 1/2 cups sugar ⓘ
- 6 eggs ⓘ
- 3 tablespoons all-purpose flour ⓘ
- 3 tablespoons cornstarch ⓘ
- juice of 1/2 lemon ⓘ
- 1/2 cup melted butter ⓘ
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and 1/3 cup melted butter; blend well.
- Add cinnamon, pecans, and 1 1/4 cups sugar to the mixture and blend again.
- Press the mixture onto the bottom and sides of a buttered spring-form pan to form the crust.
- Set aside the crust.
