- Remove bread crusts and butter bread on both sides.
- Place the bread slices in a greased 9 x 13-inch pan.
- Spread mayonnaise on one side of each cheese slice and place, mayonnaise side down, on the bread.
- Beat eggs with milk until well combined.
- Pour the egg mixture evenly over the bread and cheese.
- Mix the celery soup and mushroom soup together without diluting and pour over the egg mixture.
- Sprinkle pimento evenly over the top of the casserole.
