Ingredients

  • 1 pkg. lemon Jell-O
  • 3/4 cup boiling water
  • 2 tablespoons vinegar
  • 10 ounces V-8 juice
  • 2 tablespoons celery, chopped fine

Instructions

  1. Dissolve the lemon Jell-O in boiling water.
  2. Add the vinegar, V-8 juice, and chopped celery to the dissolved Jell-O.
  3. Mix well and pour into a mold or dish.
  4. Refrigerate until set, about 4 hours or until firm.
