Ingredients

  • 8 oz. lasagna noodles
  • 1 lb. hamburger
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/2 tsp. onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp. oregano powder
  • 2 cups shredded Mozzarella cheese

Instructions

  1. In a greased 9 x 13-inch pan, arrange uncooked lasagna noodles in 2 layers.
  2. Sprinkle raw or browned hamburger over the noodles.
  3. Add cream of mushroom soup evenly on top.
  4. Sprinkle with onion powder and oregano.
  5. Top with 1 cup shredded Mozzarella cheese.
  6. Pour V-8 juice over the layers.
  7. Add the remaining cheese on top.
  8. Bake for 1 hour at 350°F (175°C).
