Ingredients

  • 1 pkg. vanilla wafers, crushed fine
  • 1 pt. cream, whipped stiff
  • 1 bottle maraschino cherries, drained and chopped
  • 1 large can drained crushed pineapple
  • 1 cup chopped nuts

Instructions

  1. Pour half of the vanilla wafers into a 1 1/2-quart bowl.
  2. Whip the cream until stiff and fold in drained chopped maraschino cherries and drained crushed pineapple.
  3. Add chopped nuts to the whipped mixture.
  4. Layer the creamed mixture over the wafers in the bowl.
  5. Add the remaining vanilla wafers on top.
  6. Refrigerate overnight before serving.
