Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 lb. veal or pork
  • salt to taste
  • 3 Tbsp. flour
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup bread crumbs
  • butter or oil
  • 4 lemon wedges

  1. Pound the veal or pork slices to tenderize.
  2. Sprinkle the meat with salt.
  3. Dip each piece first in flour, then in beaten eggs, and finally in bread crumbs.
  4. Fry the coated cutlets in butter or oil until they are browned and cooked through.
