Ingredients

  • 4 1/2 lb. veal
  • 1 Tbsp. dry mustard
  • 1 tsp. poultry seasoning
  • 2 Tbsp. flour
  • 1 Tbsp. brown sugar
  • 3 tsp. salt
  • 1/8 tsp. pepper
  • 3 Tbsp. cooking oil
  • 2 Tbsp. vinegar
  • 1 onion

Instructions

  1. Combine dry ingredients; spread on waxed paper.
  2. Roll meat on both sides.
