  • 8 1/2 oz. corn bread mix
  • 16 oz. canned Veg-All mixed vegetables, drained
  • 1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup chopped onion
  • 1/3 cup mix
  • 1 egg

Instructions

  1. Combine the corn bread mix, drained mixed vegetables, shredded cheddar cheese, chopped onion, mix, and slightly beaten egg in a bowl.
  2. Spoon the mixture into a lightly greased 8 x 8-inch baking pan.
  3. Bake at 400°F for 25 minutes.
  4. Cool for 5 minutes before cutting and serving.
