Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup flour
  • 2 cups broccoli, cut small
  • 2/3 cup bread crumbs
  • 1/2 cup cheese
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1/4 cup canola oil

  2. Shape the mixture into balls.
  3. Place the balls into hot oil to fry.
  4. Drain and serve warm.
