Ingredients

  • 5 or 6 squash
  • 4 or 5 regular potatoes
  • 1 bell pepper
  • 1 onion
  • 5 or 6 carrots
  • 1 can tomatoes
  • 1/2 cup oil
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Clean and pare all vegetables.
  2. Cut up and mix the vegetables.
  3. Add canned tomatoes, tomato sauce, and oil.
  4. Season with salt and pepper.
  5. Cook at 350°F for 1 hour without covering.
