Ingredients

  • 1 stick oleo
  • 2 packages chopped broccoli
  • 1 cup sharp grated cheese
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 onion
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/2 can sliced water chestnuts
  • 2 onions
  • Ritz crackers

Instructions

  1. Cook the frozen chopped broccoli according to package instructions, then drain.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the cooked broccoli, oleo, eggs, grated cheese, mayonnaise, chopped onions, cream of mushroom soup, and sliced water chestnuts.
  3. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly incorporated.
  4. Pour the mixture into a greased casserole dish.
  5. Top with crushed Ritz crackers.
  6. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 20 to 25 minutes until bubbly and golden.
