Ingredients
- 2 1/2 cups canned peaches with juice ⓘ
- 2 1/2 cups canned pineapple with juice ⓘ
- 2 jars maraschino cherries (10 oz. each) ⓘ
- 7 1/2 cups granulated sugar ⓘ
- 3 cups chopped pecans or walnuts ⓘ
- 3 cups chopped dates or raisins ⓘ
- 3 boxes yellow cake mix (without pudding) ⓘ
- 3 boxes instant vanilla pudding ⓘ
- 1 dozen eggs ⓘ
- 2 cups cooking oil ⓘ
Instructions
- Use a large bowl with a tight-fitting lid, such as Tupperware.
- Combine all ingredients: peaches with juice, pineapple with juice, maraschino cherries, sugar, chopped pecans or walnuts, chopped dates or raisins, yellow cake mix, vanilla pudding, eggs, and cooking oil.
- Stir thoroughly with a wooden spoon until well mixed.
- Do not refrigerate during the 30-day process.
