Ingredients

  • 2 lb. ground chuck
  • 1/2 c. carrots, grated
  • 1/4 c. celery, chopped fine
  • 1/4 c. onion, chopped fine
  • 1/4 c. Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1/4 c. pepper, chopped fine
  • 1/4 c. wheat germ
  • 1/4 c. soy sauce

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients; form patties and grill.
