Ingredients

  • 1 medium cabbage
  • 3 medium cucumbers
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon mustard
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 onion
  • 2 large tomatoes
  • 2 teaspoons sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 carrot

Instructions

  1. Grate the cabbage into a large bowl.
  2. Dice the onions, cucumbers, and tomatoes and toss them into the cabbage.
  3. In a small bowl, mix the mayonnaise, sugar, mustard, salt, and pepper until well blended.
  4. Add the mayonnaise mixture to the cabbage and vegetables.
  5. Mix everything well to combine.
  6. Toss in the grated carrots and mix again.
  7. Serve immediately or chill before serving.
