Ingredients

  • 10 oz. frozen chopped broccoli
  • 2 cups frozen sliced carrots
  • 1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 16 oz. can creamed corn
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 3 oz. can French fried onion rings

Instructions

  1. Place broccoli and carrots in a 1 1/2-quart glass casserole dish.
  2. Cover with a glass lid.
  3. Microwave for 10 minutes on High. Drain.
  4. Stir in creamed corn, shredded Cheddar cheese, salt, and pepper.
  5. Sprinkle with French fried onion rings.
  6. Microwave for 5 to 6 minutes or until heated through.
  7. Let stand for 2 minutes before serving.
