Ingredients

  • 1 stick oleo
  • 1 cup grated cheese
  • 8 oz sour cream
  • 1 cup chopped broccoli
  • 1 can whole kernel corn, drained
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 package Jiffy cornbread mix

Instructions

  2. Add Jiffy cornbread mix, grated cheese, drained corn, and chopped broccoli to the mixture and stir well.
