Ingredients

  • 5 oz. broccoli florets
  • 3 oz. snow peas
  • 1/3 sliced carrot
  • 6 black mushrooms
  • 8 to 10 ears baby corn
  • 2 oz. mushrooms
  • 2 oz. straw mushrooms
  • 1 tsp. sugar
  • 1 tsp. cooking wine
  • 1/2 tsp. sesame oil
  • 1 Tbsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. white pepper

Instructions

  1. Stir-fry the vegetables for 1 minute.
  2. Add a mixture of 1 teaspoon cornstarch and 2 teaspoons water to the vegetables and stir well to combine.
