Tips & Substitutions
For best results, slice the steak against the grain to ensure tenderness. If you don't have dark soy sauce, you can substitute with regular soy sauce mixed with a little molasses for added richness. Consider adding a splash of sesame oil for extra flavor. Fresh vegetables like snap peas or carrots can also be used in place of celery for a different texture.
Serving Suggestions
Serve this stir-fry over fluffy rice or noodles for a complete meal. It pairs beautifully with side dishes like steamed broccoli or a simple cucumber salad. For a flavorful twist, try drizzling some Chinese Sweet And Sour Sauce over the top before serving.
Storage & Reheating
Store any leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. To reheat, gently warm the stir-fry in a skillet over medium heat, adding a splash of water or broth to prevent drying out. Alternatively, you can microwave it in short intervals, stirring in between, until heated through.
