Ingredients

  • 1 pkg. frozen broccoli
  • 1 pkg. frozen spinach
  • 1 can cream of broccoli or mushroom soup
  • 2 tomatoes, peeled and cut
  • 1 can onion rings
  • 1 cup grated cheese
  • Vinegar

Instructions

  1. Cook the frozen broccoli and spinach until slightly less than the package instructions suggest.
  2. Add a little vinegar to the water while boiling the vegetables.
  3. Drain the vegetables well and combine them in a mixing bowl.
  4. Add the can of cream of broccoli or mushroom soup, peeled and chopped tomatoes, and grated cheese to the vegetables and mix.
  5. Pour the mixture into a baking dish and top with onion rings.
  6. Bake at 325°F (163°C) for 30 minutes until heated through and golden on top.
