Ingredients

  • 2 cans Veg-All, drained
  • 1 cup chopped onions
  • 1 cup chopped water chestnuts
  • 1 cup grated Cheddar cheese
  • 3/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 row Ritz crackers, crushed
  • 1 stick margarine, melted
  • 1 cup cubed ham

Instructions

  1. Mix Veg-All, chopped onions, water chestnuts, grated Cheddar cheese, mayonnaise, and cubed ham in a bowl.
  2. Pour the mixture into a casserole dish.
  3. Combine crushed Ritz crackers with melted margarine and sprinkle on top of the casserole.
  4. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 30 minutes until bubbly and golden.
