Ingredients

  • 2 lb. lean ground beef
  • 1 medium package frozen corn
  • 1 medium package frozen carrots
  • 4 potatoes, cut up
  • 1 medium package frozen peas
  • 2 large cans herb tomato sauce

Instructions

  1. Fry the ground beef in a pan and season with salt and pepper to taste.
  2. Drain excess grease from the cooked beef.
  3. Put the cooked meat and all the vegetables into a cooking pot, layering them.
  4. Pour the herb tomato sauce over the ingredients, then fill the pot with water.
  5. Add salt, pepper, and garlic salt to taste.
  6. Cook the stew on low heat until the vegetables are tender and flavors meld, about 45-60 minutes.
