Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 to 2 lb. ground beef
  • 2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 c. breadcrumbs
  • 1 egg
  • 1 medium onion
  • 1 green pepper
  • 1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese

Instructions

  1. Mix ground beef, Worcestershire sauce, breadcrumbs, and egg with hands; form into a rectangle on waxed paper.
  2. Place Cheddar cheese, chopped onion, and chopped green pepper in the center of the meat; roll sides up into a loaf and seal the ends.
  3. Place the formed meat loaf in a loaf pan.
  4. Bake at 350°F for approximately 1 hour.
