Ingredients

  • 3 cans biscuits
  • 1 1/2 sticks oleo
  • 3/4 cup chopped onion
  • 3/4 cup green pepper
  • 1/2 lb bacon
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Cut the biscuits into fourths.
  2. Saute the biscuit pieces in oleo with chopped onion and green pepper until vegetables are tender.
  3. Cook the bacon until crisp and crumble it.
  4. Mix the crumbled bacon with the sautéed vegetables and the biscuit pieces.
  5. Add Parmesan cheese to the mixture and stir to combine.
  6. Pour the mixture into an ungreased Bundt pan.
  7. Bake in a 400°F oven for 30 minutes until golden brown and cooked through.
