Ingredients

  • 1 large can English peas
  • 1 (12 oz.) can Shoepeg corn
  • 1 (14 to 16 oz.) can green beans
  • 1 cup celery
  • 1 cup onion
  • 1 cup green pepper
  • 1 medium jar cooked pimento

Instructions

  1. Drain the English peas, shoepeg corn, and green beans.
  2. Chop the celery, onion, green pepper, and cooked pimento.
  3. Combine all drained vegetables and chopped ingredients in a large bowl.
  4. Stir well to mix all ingredients thoroughly.
