Ingredients

  • 2 lb. freshly chopped spinach
  • 10 hard-boiled eggs
  • 1 lb. bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1 medium head lettuce, shredded
  • 1 c. sliced shallots
  • 1 pkg. thawed frozen peas
  • 2 1/2 c. mayonnaise
  • 2 1/2 c. sour cream
  • salt
  • pepper
  • Worcestershire sauce

Instructions

  1. Blend together the mayonnaise, sour cream, salt, pepper, Worcestershire sauce, and lemon juice to create the dressing.
  2. Pour the dressing over the peas and spinach mixture.
  3. Add 1/2 cup grated Swiss cheese on top.
  4. Cover and chill the salad for 12 hours.
  5. Do not toss before serving.
