Ingredients

  • 1 pkg. frozen onions
  • 1 pkg. frozen lima beans
  • 1 pkg. frozen crowder peas
  • 1 pkg. frozen green beans
  • 1 pkg. frozen cut okra
  • 1 pkg. frozen seasoning
  • 2 cans chopped tomatoes
  • 1 or 2 jars spaghetti sauce

Instructions

  1. Thaw all frozen vegetables and set aside.
  2. Place all the vegetables (except spaghetti sauce) and the frozen seasoning into a large stockpot.
  3. Add the two cans of chopped tomatoes and bring the mixture to a boil.
  4. Lower the heat and cook slowly for 30 to 40 minutes.
  5. Add the spaghetti sauce and simmer for an additional 30 minutes.
  6. Adjust vegetables as desired; serve hot.
