Ingredients

  • 1/2 can vegetarian dinner steaks, diced
  • 2 cups precooked noodles
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 4 to 5 cups mushrooms, sliced
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
  • 2/3 cup grape juice

Instructions

  1. Glaze onions and mushrooms sprinkled sparingly with paprika.
  2. Add diced vegetarian dinner steaks and Parmesan cheese.
  3. Cook under low heat for 2 to 3 minutes, stirring.
  4. Add grape juice; simmer on low for 10 minutes.
  5. Add sour cream, warm gently, and serve.
