Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups frozen broccoli and cauliflower mix, thawed
  • 1 1/2 cups reduced-fat Cheddar cheese
  • 1 carton (8 oz.) egg substitute
  • 1/4 cup sliced green onion
  • 1 cup Pet light evaporated skimmed milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1 Pet-Ritz deep dish pie crust

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, mix together the broccoli and cauliflower, Cheddar cheese, egg substitute, evaporated skimmed milk, green onion, and Italian seasoning.
  2. Pour the mixture into the frozen pie crust.
  3. Sprinkle with salt and ground black pepper, if desired.
  4. Bake in a 375°F oven on a preheated baking sheet for 45 to 50 minutes or until a knife inserted in the center comes out clean.
  5. Let stand for 15 minutes before serving.
