Ingredients

  • 2 tubes crescent rolls
  • 1 package Hidden Valley Ranch Dressing (dry)
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup cauliflower, finely chopped
  • 1 cup broccoli, finely chopped
  • 1 cup celery, finely chopped
  • 1 cup carrots, finely chopped
  • 1 cup red onion, finely chopped

Instructions

  1. Lay crescent rolls flat on a 13 x 18 inch cookie sheet and bake at 350°F for 10 to 12 minutes, or until golden brown. Let cool.
  2. Mix the dry ranch dressing, mayonnaise, and sour cream together until smooth.
  3. Spread the ranch mixture evenly over the cooled crust.
  4. Finely chop cauliflower, broccoli, celery, carrots, and red onion, then spread evenly over the ranch layer.
  5. Refrigerate for 1 hour to allow flavors to meld.
  6. Cut into squares and serve.
