Venison Chops On Grill

Instructions
- Mix olive oil, black pepper, garlic salt, parsley, paprika, red wine, and lemon juice together and rub each chop with the mixture.
- Place the chops in a flat dish and pour the marinade over them.
- Chill for about 4 hours.
- When ready to cook, wipe each chop with a damp cloth to remove excess marinade.
- Rub both sides of the chops with olive oil.
- Wrap each chop with a slice of bacon and secure with a toothpick.
- Grill on an open grill for about 15 minutes.
- Serve immediately.
