Ingredients

  • 2 lb. deer burger
  • 1 lb. hamburger
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 chopped onion
  • 1/2 green pepper
  • 2 tsp. chili powder
  • 2 c. quick oatmeal
  • 1 can Pet milk
  • 1/2 tsp. garlic salt
  • 2 tsp. salt
  • 2 c. catsup
  • 1/2 c. brown sugar

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a large mixing bowl and form into meatballs.
  2. Bring a medium saucepan to a boil.
  3. Pour the sauce over the meatballs.
  4. Bake at 350°F for 1 hour, until cooked through and glazed.
