Ingredients
- 2 lb. venison steak
- flour, salt and pepper ⓘ
- 2 eggs, slightly beaten ⓘ
- 1/3 c. half and half ⓘ
- 1 c. fine dry bread crumbs ⓘ
- 1 c. grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 c. minced parsley ⓘ
- 1/2 c. (1 stick) butter
- 2 Tbsp. olive oil ⓘ
- 2 cloves garlic, crushed through garlic press ⓘ
- 3/4 c. dry sherry or white wine ⓘ
- 3/4 c. water ⓘ
Instructions
- Cut meat into serving size pieces, about 1/4-inch thick, and pound with a wooden mallet.
- Dredge each piece in seasoned flour.
