Ingredients

  • 12 oz crumbled pork sausage
  • 2 large onions, chopped
  • 3 stalks celery
  • 1 16 oz bag cornbread stuffing mix
  • 1 11 oz can corn, drained
  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • 4 Tbsp melted butter
  • 1 Tbsp dried sage
  • 1/4 tsp salt

Instructions

  1. Cook sausage in a skillet for 10 minutes.
  2. Stir in chopped onions and celery, and cook for 15 minutes.
  3. Combine the sausage mixture with cornbread stuffing mix, drained corn, chicken broth, melted butter, dried sage, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  4. Place the mixture in a greased 13 x 9 inch baking dish.
  5. Bake in a 350°F oven for 30 minutes.
