Ingredients

  • 2 lb. ground beef
  • 1 c. corn flakes
  • 1/3 c. parsley flakes
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 Tbsp. soy sauce
  • 2 Tbsp. instant minced onions
  • garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 1/3 c. catsup

Instructions

  1. Mix ingredients and form into walnut sized meatballs (make hands wet).
  2. Arrange on 15 x 10-inch baking sheet.
