  • 1/4 cup vinegar
  • 2 teaspoons cornstarch
  • 1/4 cup beet juice
  • 1 can sliced beets
  • 1 tablespoon butter

Instructions

  3. Cook until the mixture thickens.
  4. Add beet juice to the pan.
  5. Cook slowly until the mixture thickens again.
  6. Add sliced beets to the pan.
