Ingredients

  • 1 large package lime jello
  • 2 cups boiling water
  • 1 (8 oz.) package cream cheese
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 (No. 2) can crushed pineapple
  • 1 can Milnot
  • 1 tsp lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Combine the lime jello powder with 2 cups boiling water and stir until completely dissolved. Let the mixture cool to room temperature.
  2. Using a mixer, beat the cream cheese until smooth, then fold in the cooled jello, mayonnaise, crushed pineapple, Milnot, and lemon juice until well combined.
  3. Transfer the mixture into a serving dish, cover, and refrigerate until set, about 2 hours, before serving.
