- Thaw and drain the frozen chopped broccoli.
- Cook the rice until tender.
- Saute chopped onion and celery in 1 to 2 tablespoons of margarine until soft.

- Fold in the cooked rice, sour cream, and chopped cheddar cheese.
- Transfer the mixture to an oblong baking dish.
