Ingredients

  • 1 pkg. Wacky Mac pasta
  • 1 small green pepper
  • 1/2 red onion
  • 1/2 cucumber
  • 1 medium tomato
  • 1/3 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/3 cup Italian dressing
  • salt to taste
  • pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the Wacky Mac pasta as directed on the package without overcooking.
  2. Drain the cooked pasta and transfer to a large mixing bowl.
  3. Add mayonnaise and Italian dressing to the pasta and toss well to coat.
  4. Stir in chopped green pepper, red onion, cucumber, and tomato.
  5. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  6. Add grated sharp cheese or Feta cheese and toss to combine.
  7. Cover and refrigerate the salad to let flavors blend. Adjust mayo or dressing if needed before serving.
