Ingredients

  • 8 oz. cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 3 tablespoons milk
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped celery
  • 1/4 cup chopped raisins
  • 2 tablespoons toasted walnuts
  • apple wedges

Instructions

  1. Combine cream cheese, mayonnaise, milk, 1 tablespoon lemon juice, and cinnamon in a small bowl; beat until smooth.
  2. Stir in chopped celery and raisins.
  3. Add more milk until the mixture reaches a dripping consistency. Chill, covered, for 2 hours.
  4. Brush lemon juice over apple wedges. Sprinkle dip with toasted walnuts before serving.
