Ingredients

  • 1 cup flour
  • 1/4 cup margarine
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup coconut
  • 2 tablespoons flour
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup walnuts

Instructions

  1. Combine 1 cup flour and 1/4 cup margarine and press into a pan; bake for 10 minutes.
  2. In a separate bowl, combine the remaining ingredients: 1 cup brown sugar, 1/2 cup coconut, 2 tablespoons flour, 2 beaten eggs, and 1 cup walnuts; blend well.
  3. Spread the mixture over the baked crust.
  4. Return to the oven and bake for about 15 minutes.
  5. Allow to cool.
  6. Frost and sprinkle with additional coconut if desired.
