Instructions
- Combine 1 cup flour and 1/4 cup margarine and press into a pan; bake for 10 minutes.
- In a separate bowl, combine the remaining ingredients: 1 cup brown sugar, 1/2 cup coconut, 2 tablespoons flour, 2 beaten eggs, and 1 cup walnuts; blend well.
- Spread the mixture over the baked crust.
- Return to the oven and bake for about 15 minutes.
- Allow to cool.
- Frost and sprinkle with additional coconut if desired.
