Ingredients

  • cabbage, small head
  • 1 carrot, shredded
  • 1/4 cup nuts
  • 1/4 cup raisins
  • 1/4 cup salad dressing

Instructions

  1. Mix the cabbage, shredded carrot, nuts, raisins, and salad dressing well, then sprinkle with sugar and let stand.
  2. Remove the core of apples, fill the cavity with salad mixture, and insert the apple back with a toothpick.
  3. Place in a cool place until ready to serve.
