Ingredients

  • 2 cans bean dip
  • 2 small cans chopped Ortega chilies
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1/3 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 package taco seasoning
  • 2 cups avocado dip
  • 4 cups shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 1 bunch chopped green onions
  • 2 small cans sliced olives
  • 3 large chopped tomatoes

Instructions

  1. Place a large tray, about the size of a cookie sheet, on your work surface.
  2. Spread bean dip evenly over the bottom of the tray with a spatula.
  3. Sprinkle chopped Ortega chilies over the bean dip.
  4. In a separate bowl, mix sour cream, mayonnaise, and taco seasoning.
  5. Spread the sour cream mixture over the chilies layer.
  6. Spread avocado dip evenly over the cream mixture.
  7. Layer should resemble a pizza with four distinct layers at this point.
  8. Cover the layered mixture with a thick layer of shredded Cheddar cheese, ensuring all layers are covered.
  9. Sprinkle chopped green onions, sliced olives, and chopped tomatoes over the cheese.
  10. Serve immediately or refrigerate until ready to serve; this dip feeds 20 to 30 people.
