Ingredients

  • 2 pkg. refrigerated crescent dinner rolls
  • 2 Tbsp. butter or margarine, softened
  • 1/2 c. firmly packed brown sugar
  • 2 tsp. ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 c. chopped walnuts

Instructions

  1. Unroll the crescent dough and separate into triangles.
  2. Spread each triangle with softened butter or margarine.
  3. Combine brown sugar, cinnamon, and chopped walnuts in a small bowl.
  4. Sprinkle about 1 tablespoon of the mixture over each dough triangle.
  5. Roll up each triangle as directed.
  6. Place the rolls, point side down, in a greased 9 x 5 x 3-inch pan in two layers.
  7. Brush the top of the rolls with the remaining butter or margarine.
  8. Sprinkle with the remaining topping mixture.
  9. Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 35 minutes.
  10. Turn out onto a wire rack and cool before serving.
