Walnut Raisin Loaf (Bread Machine)
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 pound loaf ⓘ
- 2/3 cup water ⓘ
- 1/2 cup plain yogurt
- 1/4 cup nonfat dry milk powder ⓘ
- 1 1/4 teaspoons salt ⓘ
- 2 tablespoons liquid honey ⓘ
- 2 tablespoons light molasses ⓘ
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil ⓘ
- 1 cup whole wheat flour
- 1 1/4 cups bread flour ⓘ
- 1/3 cup rye flour ⓘ
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon ⓘ
- 1 3/4 teaspoons bread machine yeast or 1 3/4 teaspoons instant yeast ⓘ
- 1/3 cup raisins ⓘ
- 1/3 cup chopped walnuts ⓘ
Instructions
- Measure all ingredients except raisins and walnuts into baking pan in the order recommended by the manufacturer.
- Insert pan into the oven.
- Select Sweet Cycle.
- Add raisins and walnuts at the "add ingredient" signal.
- When the baking cycle ends, immediately remove the bread from the pan and place it on a wire rack.
- Let cool to room temperature before slicing.
