Instructions
- Dissolve the dry yeast in 1/4 cup warm water.
- Mix the yeast mixture with 4 cups flour, 4 egg yolks, 1/2 pound butter, 3/4 cup milk, and 1/2 cup sugar until well combined.
- Divide the dough into six balls.
- Wrap each ball in plastic wrap and refrigerate for one hour in a greased pan.
