Ingredients

  • 2 cups chopped celery
  • 1 can cream of celery soup
  • 1 can water chestnuts, chopped
  • 1 section Ritz crackers, crushed
  • 1 stick butter, melted
  • 1 package slivered almonds

Instructions

  1. Cook chopped celery halfway in salted water and drain.
  2. Mix the cooked celery with cream of celery soup and chopped water chestnuts.
  3. Transfer the mixture into a casserole dish.
  4. In a skillet, sauté the crushed Ritz crackers, slivered almonds, and melted butter until golden.
