Ingredients

  • 1 cup flour
  • 1 stick oleo
  • 1/2 cup chopped pecans
  • 8 oz cream cheese
  • 1 1/2 cups powdered sugar
  • 2 cups Cool Whip
  • 2 packages pistachio pudding mix

Instructions

  1. Mix together flour, oleo, and chopped pecans to make the crust.
  2. Press the mixture into the bottom of a pan.
  3. Bake at 350°F for about 20 to 30 minutes or until slightly browned.
  4. Let the crust cool completely.
  5. In a separate bowl, beat cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth.
  6. Add in pistachio pudding mix and mix well.
  7. Fold in Cool Whip until fully combined.
  8. Spread the filling over the cooled crust.
  9. Chill the dessert in the refrigerator before serving.
